What does TRS do?

• Throughout the internship, you will be a part of mnemonic’s Technical Risk Services (TRS) department, which consists of more than 30 security testers, ethical hackers, and penetration testers. We pride ourselves with being able to evaluate the security of any kind of information system – whether in the cloud, on-premise, or a physical device.
• Over the summer, you will be engaged in project-based assignments related to the department, involving real customer projects. In particular, you will conduct penetration tests and/or security assessments for one or more of our customers. These tasks will be tailored towards your interests and competencies, as well as the departments and our customers’ needs.
• You will be a part of a strong and highly focused information security environment. Through this, you will gain experience and insight into what it is like to be a technical risk consultant.

Who are we looking for?

• You are passionate and motivated to work with technical security.
• You like picking things apart to understand how they work, be it software and/or physical appliances.
• You study technology on your third or fourth year.
• You communicate well in both Norwegian and English.

Practical information

• Your place of work will be at our headquarters located in central Oslo. 
• The internship lasts for nine weeks and is carried out by agreement in the period June-August, with three weeks of summer vacation included. 
• Interviews will be conducted in Oslo or over video during September/October.
